A New Beginning

This week hasn't been any different except for the fact that i'm not in school anymore. I think that alot of things will be easier now that schools out and i can just focus on basketball. It was really hard trying to split time between school and preparing for the NBA. Driving two and a half hours between Columbus and Indianapolis each week really took its toll on me. Lately i have been able to spend time with my family and friends which is always fun for me. I'm trying to be around them as much as possible until i start leaving for individual team workouts. I can't wait to start working out for different teams. It seems like everything is taking so long to happen. I'm just really anxious and ready to get things going. Earlier today I worked out for about two hours so im pretty tired. I'm young so im not supposed to get tired right? Haha i wish that was true.

    hehe, but really, quality over quantity right? The biggest thing im hoping for out of these blogs is when some really cool, or controversial (or even what seems to be a normal play to us, the viewer, happens, these guys will come on here and talk about what went through their head.

    It will be hard to beat Greg, at least until the draft is over. Greg has basically the entire city of Portland on Yardbarker because everyone knows he's going to the Trail Blazers. Mike's situation is different cuz we don't know where he will be playing.
    
    BTW, Do you prefer being called Mike or Michael? To the media, you are Mike but everytime I've heard Greg mention your name he calls you Michael.

    The Twolves would look nice with Mike bringing up the ball, but a lot of lottery teams would look nice with Mike running the point.

      Man, if the Wolves draft Conley, it would be the worst pick of the draft. I'm not knocking Conley, I'm just knocking the Wolves. They drafted a PG last year right after they bought another. Conley will get the life sucked out of him in Minnesota. Let him for the love of god go 6 or 8 but not 7!!

  I'm rooting for you to go undrafted and the Pacers sign you. They can't draft you unless they make a trade because they traded their pick to Atlanta for a player that didnt play half a season for them and their 2 second rounders for one player who they cut before the season started. Geez, Larry Bird is an idiot. To think, we could have maybe had you instead of Al Harrington for half a season. Personally, I think you will be the leader of the new pack of great point guards in the NBA. You, Chris Paul, Deron Williams, Marcus Williams, Kirk Hinrich and maybe even Daniel Gibson if he can keep his level of play up.I

    I definately think the Buckeyes will pick up right were we left off. They have alot of talent and experience next year so be sure to support them. Coach Matta WILL have the guys ready, trust me.

  I just want to thank you for what you did for the ohio state basketball program in the short time that you were here. You were amazing in the NCAA tourney and I had a great time in the "dirty south" even though Horford kept hitting bullshit shots. Wish you were back next year but you you would be stupid to stay so I'll be rooting for you no matter where your end up.
